Kristen Anne Bell (1980) is a famous American singer and actor. The actress was born in Huntington Woods and raised there. Bell is the daughter of Lorelei Frygier as well as Tom Bell. Kristen is from Polish descent (mother) in addition to German, English and Scottish (father). Kristen discovered her talents in entertainment as a young age. When she was in 1992, the actress went to her first audition and won the role of Raggedy Ann and Andy. Bell was contacted by an agent by her mother at the age of 13 and was cast as a model for newspapers and television commercials. At this time, she also began classes in acting. Bell had a small uncredited role as a character in Polish Wedding (1998) in 1998. Bell attended Shrine Catholic High School where she participated in the music and drama clubs. The Wizard of Oz production at the high school she attended earned her the leading Dorothy character. Bell studied music theatre in the highly regarded Tisch School of the Arts located in New York City after graduating. Bell dropped out of studying in the year 2001 and began playing Becky, a character from Tom Sawyer. It was also in 2001 when Bell's debut appearance was in a film that was credited to her, Pootie Tang (2002). Unfortunately her scene has been cut out and the credits only display her. Bell made an appearance on Broadway in The Crucible, a revival which featured Liam Neeson with Angela Bettis.
